Although it is called "Snow Bird" the option can be used for summer vacationers as well.

The fields controlled by this feature are: Address1, Address2, City, State, Zip, Home phone, Fax, Bus Phone, Bus Ext, Call work, email and Cell phone.

Snow Bird Option are accessed from the Roster screen

To setup DA (Dual Address), click in the DA column for the member and the following screen will appear.
BE CAREFUL. If you click on the "X" to close the window it will DELETE all information already listed in the above mentioned fields. Use the CANCEL button only if you wish to close the dialog box without making a selection. NOTE: This is the ASSIGNING screen and is very similar to the REMOVING screen below which will appear if you click in the DA field after making an assignment.
After making a selection the display will change.
Removal screen. This will remove all data in the fields mentioned above if you click in the DA field a second time.
To switch or "swap" data in the above mentioned fields click the H<>:A button or double click in the H/A column
